✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT – Rachel ✨
Rachel has been putting in the work consistently to achieve the results she’s dreamed of and I couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come 👏
With wedding prep in full swing, her first big goal was simple: feel amazing and confident for her hen party… and she absolutely smashed it 💍✨
This is your reminder that results aren’t built overnight. They come from showing up, staying consistent, trusting the process, and putting in the work day after day.
Now the focus has shifted slightly. Under strict instructions from the wedding dress seamstress, training is moving into a maintenance phase because she literally can’t lose another cm! 😂👰
So proud of everything she’s achieved so far and excited for the final stretch towards the big day 🙌

Absolutely smashing it, Josh 👏
In just 10 weeks, Josh has dropped just over 2 stone, with an incredible:
Chest/Back: ⬇️ 11.5cm
Waist: ⬇️ 9.5cm
This transformation is amazing, but the best part? This is only the beginning. Josh has done unbelievably well and is already booked onto our next challenge starting in just a week’s time!

Sometimes I need to take on the challenge too 💪🏼
After not feeling my best towards the end of last year, I knew I needed to do something about it! I joined my members on my own 10-week challenge.
The first photo was taken at the start of December and the second is me today.
Now, over a stone down and feeling so much fitter, stronger and healthier, I’m so glad I did it.

Rachel is just 8 weeks into her wedding prep personal training sessions and the results speak for themselves. She puts in the hard work and is fully dedicated to getting the best results possible.
Rachel attends two personal training sessions each week alongside her Half Marathon training and her consistency is really paying off. 💪
