Everyone is welcome — whether you're a sailor, paddleboarder, kayaker, watersports enthusiast, or just love finding a hidden gem.

Come along, grab a brew, enjoy the view, and see what treasures you can uncover!

Coming up this bank holiday weekend:

Tonight is Friendly Fridays! A powerboat will be on the water from 6pm, and the bar will be open from around 7pm. Whether you want to end the week out on the water or relax at the club with a drink, it would be great to see you.

Sunday Sailing – A powerboat will be on the water from 12:30pm, with racing starting at 1pm. We’re planning for three races, and the bar will be open after sailing from around 5pm. Remember, Sundays aren’t just for racing — our club boats are available for both racing and general sailing.

Despite the variable weather, it turned into a fantastic day at the club!

We had lots of sailing, kayaking, and even a bit of paddleboarding taking place, with our Taster Session visitors trying out activities and coming off the water with huge smiles on their faces ⛵🛶🏄

It was great to see so many people getting involved and discovering what’s possible here at Rossendale Valley Sailing Club.

It might not have been perfect sailing weather, but that didn’t stop us! The team’s been hard at work getting everything prepped and ready for our upcoming taster sessions 🙌

Boats rigged, sails checked, and plenty of teamwork going on behind the scenes to make sure everything’s ready for you.

Our first taster session is on Saturday 9th May – and spaces are limited!
