At the start of April, Lucy came to me needing help with strength training as well as running 🏃🏼‍♀️

She had also never followed a running plan, after following a gym and running program for the past 8 weeks she ran her first 10km yesterday 🤩

In a time of 1hr 1min!!! 🤪🤪🤪

Katie has absolutely grafteddddd, she’s lifted heavy and pushed to failure 🫡

This has also been built alongside a full time degree + postgrad with work and placement hours. The dedication is unmatched!! 🤩

She tries her absolute best to show up and the results speak for themselves 🧐

Time to maintain for a few weeks and then we’re entering a cut phase 😎
