Fat loss, muscle gain, toning and performance gains. All achieved through the four key areas of Nutrition, Exercise Intensity, Frequency and Duration.

Having spent 15 years listening to various labelled professions and found no common theme or sustained success to common questions I decided to sign up for the course, pay the fee, take the exam and learn for myself. Apply this knowledge to a history of trial and error across a substantial range of sports, and solutions have been found to turn people into 'Enthusiastic Amateur Sportspeople' like myself.
