10KGs/22 lbs off and a complete change of body shape 👌🏻
Especially happy with this as she loves a social 😅 but she absolutely grafts in the week to allow for this.
We have had to dig in the week to make sure fat loss is still happening even with extra cals at the weekend which is always fine if you’re prepared to put the work in during the week !!
Safe to say she has done that 🙏🏻

12 months of graft, 12 months of doing boring s**t week in week out, 12 months of trust and just doing what I set, incredible ✨
Pics are fasted, untrained.
We aren’t done yet, a little longer chiselling off, then will start to add cals in, reduce output, freshen up and fill out 🦾
It’s not easy doing what has done, that weight in the first picture comes with bad habits, poor structure, probably a little lost in direction with food and training. To completely flip that on its head and pretty much completely take off all your fat in a year is tough.
In the current climate of every excuse under the sun seeming to stop people eating correctly and exercising 🙄, confusion in the fitness industry of what to do to lose fat. When in reality it’s pretty fu***ng simple, eat whole foods in a controlled manor, have a good weight training program, complete steady state cardio and be active day to day (steps).
Guess who complicates that…. Humans 🫵🏻
Be simple with what you’re doing, stop stressing bout irrelevant s**t and FFS make some progress will you, sick of seeing people looking same year round, moaning about it and then not doing anything about it.
Stick to your Pilates, stick to your intense group classes you’ve convinced yourself you
need to fuel yourself for coz you’re a little tired, stick to having processed protein goodies 🤭 stick to “i can’t have the same meals I get bored” but PLEASE GOD don’t fu***ng moan about not getting anywhere in the next 12 months when you’re ignoring the simple basics👌🏻
Not aimed at anyone but as I always say, if the shoe fits, slip it on bro 😅

10 days away in Antalya, very chilled one, bodyweight was stable all week, gym consistent, food stayed good, cardio and steps boxed, absolutely flying until 3 days before home then food poisoning struckkk 😅 life has a way of saying woaaaah don’t you be getting fu***ng carried away pal 🤣
Back in England now, trained pull yesterday, cardio and legs today, feeling a lot better but have had 3 naps today so I’m not out of the woods yet 😒
Will be back working from Monday and will get back to all messages, enquires and new starters over the next few days. I’ve just wanted a couple of days getting everything back in place with my training and food before adding in work.

Client transformation ✨
Last year was “New year, new me” for Sam. This year it’s “I’ll fill up with cals and be in shape all year round”
After 10/11 months of solid graft for Sam, he cut off 18 KGs which is just shy of 3 stone 👌🏻
A top client, checks in always and we have been able to keep making adjustments as we go to completely remove the layer of fat he had. His problem areas were lower back, lower stomach and arms. Job done ☑️
I put a weight program in place which we have had to adjust and adjust again due to a couple of set backs. Would have been easy to throw the towel in but after a few changes we found a way to keep him moving forward ➡️
As I keep saying consistency beats perfection always 🤝🏻
There is never a right time, never the right circumstances and things always crop up, it’s having the right mentality and know how to navigate around these to keep pushing forward to your goal 🎯
We have adjusted cardio , steps and calories as needed throughout the year.
Now the plan is to stay mega consistent still but I have in increased cals for a couple of weeks then we will dig a little more as he wants to be fully peeled.
After this I will start to taper down cardio and and increase cals slowly leading into summer so that he fill outs but stays lean ✂️
If you want to get in shape for summer the time is now to start ! Unless you’re very experienced and have brought your bodyweight down numerous times it takes time. Firstly for your body to get used to the changes then obviously enough time to burn enough fat to see substantial changes.
