A slight hiccup.... due to unforseen circumstances has led to a delay in the re-opening of Burnley Judo club for a further week...

All the judo equipment is on-site however the room at Thomas Whitham Sixth Form College is not ready for us.

We're very confident everything will be ready for us to run our normal weekly class times as from Wednesday 10th September

As fellow judo enthusiasts you have 3 days of Commonwealth Games Judo coverage beginning today with the lightweight men and women.

Tomorrow it's the turn of the middleweights finishing with the heavyweights on Saturday

You can select the judo coverage using the red button on your remote control. The BBC is covering every sport.

Each day starts at about 9.00am with the preliminary rounds with the knock-out rounds in the afternoon. The finals take place in the evening.
