SO the Thames Path then. Through that there London Village, you know the one, small place, in the south.... I think I lost track of the landmarks seen that I had not even considered I would see! The tarmac was unrelenting but fortunatly the group - a fundrasisng team from Samsung were amazing, what a team. They were raising money for the ever impressive Mind Over Mountains who sent a team of 5 of us to support their efforts. Interestingly it wasnt as easy as "keep the river on your right" for 28 miles!

Its been a while! I have been out and about these past few years, just on a 'part time' basis.... untill now! July 2024 and I am back with my boots on the ground full time.

Great course delivered brilliantly.
2 great settings in North Yorkshire used too.
I recommend for anyone interested in first aid whilst 'on the hill' or requiring a 16 hr course for the NGB award.
