Looking to get to know the fundamentals of mma and submission wrestling, lose weight or look to start competing.
Want to beat the new year rush and get to know the surroundings of the gym before you start trying to shift them mince pies 🤣.
Mma classes are at 6pm monday, 7pm wednesday and 3pm sunday.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE. So why not... £5 there after.

Happy to announce the mma classes are back up and running this week. Wednesday at 7pm, this sunday at 3pm and mondays at 6pm. Hope to see a busy mat.

Ryan (bullers) here responded awesome to every thing I said we have never worked rubber guard and broke his opponents work right down on instruction whilst on the mat went for subs and always looking to pass guard, was on top for most too!

Mags here has had a chest infection and fought threw also fought last week a very tough opponent and she fought a coach with 6+years experience in MMA for her first mma bout

Ryan’s second fight here, he did really well against a really tough guy from a top class gym. Got a couple a good sweeps and ended the fight ☺️

Very proud coach tonight!! These guys here have had 3 months tops under and nothing previous to that! They all absolutely smashed it against top opposition from top class gyms.
We come out with 1 win 4 ‘draws’ which they undoubtedly dominated taking sweeps and takedowns and control on the ground. And a very dodgy loss!
They have done awesome and done the gym proud shown respect throughout.
