When I decided to start teaching a few classes again, it was really important to me that the structure and exercise selection reflected how I like to train.
I honestly didn’t know how it would go down.
Classes are often lighter weights, higher reps, and more choreographed, with less emphasis on technique and how we’re actually performing each exercise.
I wanted to bring something a little different.
More focus on strength.
More focus on technique.
More focus on quality of movement and actually understanding why we’re doing what we’re doing.
And I have to say, the members have taken to it so well.
The classes have become really popular, which has been amazing to see, and it’s been so rewarding to watch people get stronger, improve their technique, and gain confidence in performing the exercises.
I recently asked the members for feedback on the classes, and I’ll share some of it in the comments because, honestly, it speaks for itself. 🥹
It’s been a lovely reminder that staying true to your own coaching style and beliefs can be exactly what people need.
Very grateful to everyone who turns up, works hard, and trusts me to coach them. 🧡
