A special menu for a special man!

Last night was the farewell dinner for our very long serving head greenkeeper, Paul Hopkins!

It was an honour to cook these dishes for such an ocassion and such a top bloke!

Its almost the final Sunday of the month... Sunday Roast at Ashburnham Golf Club!

Thank you to all who attended our Captains Day Tapas Evening yesterday! It was a great vibe and nice to showcase our small plates and tapas dishes to you all! We are very grateful for your support.

Amazing job and a huge thanks to our bar and kitchen staff who worked long hours in uncomfortable conditions, but kept smiling! Class acts!

The Tiger Burger....

A Maverick...just like the man himself!

Our beef burgers are changing to doubles...we have been serving these for the last week with great feedback...great quality, and fantastic value for money for our golfers!

New menu almost complete...will be sending to the designer tomorrow and sent off to print!

Expect big bold burgers, loaded fries, great starter/small plate dishes...and some exciting new additions!!!

This years Captains day (12th July) will kick off with a special breakfast menu from 8am with dishes such as Eggs Royale, Eggs Benedict, Poached Kippers on Sourdough...as well as the usual breakfast items!

Well be running nice lunchtime specials too...then from 5pm we will switch over to a special Tapas & Small Plates Menu which will run until late!

This event is open to everybody, not just club members!

We cant wait!!! Menu will be posted before the weekend!
