Who says we only Ceroc?

Sometimes a Burton night takes a little detour into line dancing.

And judging by this lot, nobody was complaining.

How many steps do you do in a night at Ceroc?

It’s National Fitness Day today and our Derby dancers have already been putting Ceroc to the test.

Their results ranged from 2,317 steps right up to an amazing 10,008 steps in one evening.

So Burton, it’s your turn tonight.

Check your step count when you arrive, check it again when you leave and tell us how many steps you clocked up while dancing.

And there’s another question we want to answer. Do follows actually do more steps than leads?

Let’s see what Burton can do.

A little look back at Sunday’s Mastering the Art of Leading workshop.

Nic spent four hours working with our leads on all those little things that can make such a difference to a dance, from clearer communication and connection to timing, movement and confidence.

It was lovely to see everyone getting stuck in and working on their dancing.

Here’s a little bit of what they got up to.
