✅️ Adults and Children aged 7 years plus. Ideal for individuals and families. Perfect for beginners.
✅️ Enjoy learning from our experienced and enthusiastic Instructors.
✅️ You will learn and practice Kickboxing techniques on the hand held Focus Pads we provide.
✅️Your Instructors will plan your padwork routines in advance so you will develop your Kickboxing skill at a pace suitable for you.
✅️ Improve fitness, flexibility, confidence, coordination, burn calories, reduce stress levels, make new friends and have fun whilst learning Kickboxing skills at the same time.
✅️ No sparring or competition work takes place in regular classes (we have optional & separate sparring/competition classes)

Children Class (ages 5 to 12) 6pm - 6:45pm
Adults Class (ages 13+) 7pm -8pm

🥊 Our beginners classes are non contact.
🥊 Classes are suitable for all abilities, fitness levels and experience.
🥊 Your Instructor will plan your classes using basic Kickboxing techniques and combinations in advance so you learn and practice on the hand held Focus Pads and Strike shields
🥊 Our Kickboxing classes are great for fitness, confidence, stress relief, flexibility, making new friends and having fun whilst learning a new skill at the same time.
🥊 Your classes will be taught by an experienced instructor in a safe and friendly environment.
