Lauraâs transformation has been amazing âŠ. From the moment she first walked through our doors until now, she is physically and mentally a different person!!
What we love most about her approach are her âNon-Scale Victoriesâ - itâs shows the power of having a multitude of ways to track your progress.
Fall in love with the process, and the physical results will come ⊠and trust us they are coming for Laura!!
Keep up the good work superstar!!!

Lose the âCheat Dayâ mentality.
This mindset puts foods in two categories: good or bad. This in itself is not a sustainable way to look at foods. No foods are inherently âbadâ or âgoodâ - we could view them however as being nutrient dense or not.
In a normal âcheat dayâ week, people will follow perfect nutrition for the majority of the week and then have one or two days where they go off the rails. The strictness of the rest of your week can often be a recipe for disaster.
If one night you fancy some pizza or a cookie for example, then have it. Choosing to eat less nutritious foods isnât âbadâ, but it is important to recognise that consuming them too often may not be beneficial towards your goals.
Itâs much easier to be consistent when you are flexible!
As always if you have any questions feel free to send them our way!
Have a great week team đ

But her changes go far beyond the inches and pounds she has lost âŠ.
She couldnât wait to tell us how she can now play âTroll Catcherâ with her grand children PAIN FREE!
Thatâs what being RevFit is all about - life changing results! đ§

Developing a Growth Mindest âïž
Someone with a fixed mindset is thought to carry the beliefs that their ability isnât able to change, and they focus on whatâs familiar to them in order to avoid a challenge, or stepping out their comfort zone.
On the opposite side of the scale, thereâs people with a growth mindset. These people seek challenges and perceive them as opportunities to improve and learn, and believe their abilities can be shaped.
It is we that can take control of our actions and outcomes, not necessarily the external environment.
If people have a fixed mindset, can those same people seek continual growth? Absolutely! Here are two ways to help shift our influential state of mind:
1ïžâŁSeek a coach or a training facility - someone to guide you through knowledge and accountability will help massively, being pushed out comfort zones safely and effectively.
2ïžâŁInspiration - be inspired, not jealous of family and friends. Surround yourself with people who are keen to excel and grow. Youâll be amazed how much it will help the journey, when youâre on a journey with like minded others. Remove people in your life that drag you down - it may be the best thing youâll do!
Your greatest value comes from comparing your journey to you. Reflect on your previous weeks / months progress. Have you moved closer to your goals? If so, celebrate it! Tell others and share the journey.
If you didnât, dive into why. Was there something you maybe neglected or were you without the necessary tools? Assess, and reset. This is where youâll find yourself being a growth mind setter.
Aim to be a growth mind setter, where opportunity and progression lies. Tune into your mindset, be opening to learning and use success of others around you to fuel your own journey of success!
