So I've decided to take the plunge after years of training at 58 years old can I still get in shape to stand on stage after injuries & illness and enter my 1st Physique Competition with Pure Elite on November 7th 🔥👊💪

We officially run kids classes! From 5-10 year olds, every Thursday at 1800 - 1900, let your children join us on the mats learning several Martial Arts.
