Dadirri Yoga

I covered a class at the Leisure Centre today. A practice dedicated to the heart chakra.

We breathed light in to our heart spaces and opened our hearts to love and light. Asanas were heart opening and loving.

An offering of a pink rose, love letter and a Love tea went home with everyone to continue their practice during the week.

A reminder to all to move more for our mental health this week as its is Mental health Awareness Week. It doesn't have to be long, difficult or challenging. Just move your body in a way which feels good for you!

It is with a heavy heart I have decided to stop running classes at Hessett and Beyton Village Hall.

I will still be offering classes at Haughley Village Hall most Thursdays, just keep an eye out for dates.

If there are other days or times people would prefer, please don't be afraid to reach out and ask. I am always happy to look into other options which could benefit all.

Hey beautiful souls. Happy Wednesday!

Tomorrow, I am beginning yoga classes at Haughley Village Hall (in the Green Room) on Thursday 29th of February at 19:30 - 20:45.

We will begin will a grounding tea ceremony to allow you to arrive before we begin our gentle flow.

The classes are perfect for all abilities. So even if you don't know your down dog to your up dog I would love to see you there! All you need is a mat or towel and an open mind.

I am aware there is flooding all around currently, and I am still planning on being there.
