SUNDAY RIDE - Note Start Time.

Social Cycling at it's best today with 5 of us meeting up across the boarder in Norfolk at Swaffham. A warm & windy ride with a Coffee stop at the fabulous Shepherd's Baa, Lynford Arboretum & lunch at King's Café, Shipdham. We were treated to a tailwind on the last 15 miles back to Swaffham. The roads were in better condition than we are used to around Bury St Edmunds and we did encounter some very considerate drivers on the narrow lanes. Some stats: 80 km / 50 miles. Riding time 4 hours. Average speed 20.6 kmh / 12.6 mph. Average age 68!
