Radcliffe Swimming & Waterpolo Club

What a fantastic day we had at Radcliffe Carnival. Thank you to all participants that were amazing at handing out leaflets, water bottles, stickers and sweets for the swimming section and water polo section. Thankfully the rain held off and we all had a brilliant time. again next year 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️🤽‍♂️🤽‍♀️

Join us in the Radcliffe Carnival - June 13th!
Come and take part in the Radcliffe Carnival with Radcliffe Swimming and Water Polo Club on Saturday 13th June 2026.
We’ve got lots planned for the day to help showcase our fantastic club ahead of the opening of the new pool later this year – it promises to be a brilliant event!

Time: Please arrive by 11:30am at the latest (carnival starts at 12:00pm, finishing at 12:45pm)

Dress: It would be great to see everyone wearing their club colours so we can stand out and represent the club proudly.
After the carnival walk we’ll return to Redbank Playing Fields at approximately 12:45pm, where there will be a funfair, entertainment, food, and drinks available.
It’s always a fantastic day out for the whole family, so feel free to stay and enjoy everything on offer.

Congratulations to Anthony on his 4 silvers at Wigan gala yesterday. And thanks to Bella for looking after him as we couldn’t be there to support him.

Radcliffe took two teams to the Brian Walsh Charity Water Polo Tournament in Blackpool at the weekend. The Seniors and Junior players mixed together. Radcliffe Team 1 were the overall winners retaining the trophy 🏆. Well done to all who took part in a fantastic tournament and learning journey.

Mike Short - It was a great all-round performance from both teams. Giving the younger players the experience and fantastically supported by all the senior players 👏
