Hi I haven’t updated this account for a while . I have been suffering from a glute injury and Plantar fasciitis since December 2023 . I am so happy to update I am in better shape and did my first run for 7 months this morning . Fabulous to be out in countryside and finishing off with a little yoga stretch !
I now have a new full time job , but I am still teaching Yoga at my studio weekly , spin at Unique PT studios on Saturdays and creating programmes for some of my clients . Thankyou to everyone that has trusted me to guide them through the benefits of training over the last 3 years . I will still keep in contact . I will still be sending out free you tube yoga practice a few times per week so keep an eye out . So if you like yoga or spin I am your lady . 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Lovely morning run and weights /abs session afterwards . Stinking cold , but feels better being in the fresh air and training than feeling sorry for myself on the couch . Train to feel good not to look good - the rest will follow 👍.

35 minute home Yoga practice, which strengthens the glutes and loosens the hips. Regular practice isolating each hip and balancing the hip flexor will help support a healthy lower back.

The key to running efficiently and effectively is running technique and breathing technique . Our weekly programme has incorporated some lower body strength training to create power , and run walk sessions to create fitness and improvements . 4 weeks in great work Angela you will soon reach your 5k goal comfortably 👍👍

**first free yoga class **
Yoga is for everyone and the best teachers can deliver a practice with many different levels .
I have only been practising yoga for 3 years , and teaching 2 years . At 51 years old I don’t expect advanced Yoga poses , and I don’t even practice them myself . My unique small classes deliver a more personal practice than the larger yoga classes - which are tailored to individual levels . With posture checks for safety and progression . Yoga has changed my life and made me feel a lot stronger , younger and more mindful at this point in my life . I even practice on holiday to feel great .
