Iâm still around! Still teaching classes, motivating my clients and keeping my own strength going. Sometimes though, things get so crazy something has to give. For me itâs been sharing online workouts, which Iâve had a few requests for, but in order to prioritise my own health I havenât been able to get around to it. Online content has been the last thing on my mind recently.
BUT I wanted to reach out to anyone who wants to get on it, and say you are more than welcome to join the crew, Monday and Thursdayâs 6-7pm at Radcliffe Girls & Boys Club to work up a sweat and get those muscles working!

If you wait till you have the time, what will you do when life gets bat s**t again? Youâll stop. In fact, with caring for your family, playing PA to the kids schooling and clubs, shopping, cooking, cleaning, taxiing, your actual job, friends, birthdays, celebrations.. realistically, are you ever going to have the time? No. Weâre all spinning more plates than ever before and it ainât looking like that will slow down soon.
But itâs like this, youâre on a plane and they tell you to put your own oxygen mask on before any one elseâs for a reason: You canât effectively help anyone if you havenât taken care of yourself and so you need to prioritise yourself. A walk in your lunch break, a class, a slightly earlier alarm⊠trust me, dedicating some time to taking care of your health benefits you and everyone around you. The bonus being your children will grow knowing the importance of prioritising their health.

So what to expect at my classesâŠ
Monday 6pm - HIIT PLYO. This class follows an 8 week programme (you can start at anytime), with sections to work the muscles through plyometrics in high intensity bursts to push your cardio levels too. You record your results for each exercise on your sheet so you can see week on week how youâre improving. Itâs you against youâŠbut the crew all support each other!
Thursday 6pm - Bootcamp. This class is predominantly free weights and other equipment in a circuit style set up, with a few âfunâ challenges, and some glutes and core work to finish.
Classes are ÂŁ5 pay as you go. ÂŁ30 a month if you are regular to save you a little bit. All fitness levels welcome as I can promise you you will feel supported no matter what. Both held at Radcliffe Girls & Boys Club.

Donât worry though, our friendly class mates are cheerleaders for each other so it doesnât matter what your level of fitness, youâll be absolutely fine and youâll leave buzzing.

Sometimes you gotta stop talking, put in the work, and let the results do the talking for you.
Iâve been MIA on socials, but not in the garage gym. Itâs been a little crazy of late, and so itâs been knuckle down for results. No matter what, working on my strength is a non-negotiable, but sharing it sometimes is.
Classes are still going strong. The new 8 week Plyo focused HIIT begins this Monday at 6pm, and Bootcamp is still on a Thursday at 6pm. Come join us!
