These sessions are designed for pre & postnatal mums who want to move their bodies safely, rebuild strength, and boost their mood… all while keeping your baby right there with you. No childcare needed, no pressure, just real support and real connection.

It’s about:

✨ Exciting News! ✨

We’re thrilled to announce a brand new Fit Round My Baby location in Whitefield & Prestwich, led by our fabulous new instructor, Jennie! 💪👶

Jennie is a qualified Personal Trainer and mum herself, so she understands exactly what it’s like to juggle motherhood while trying to prioritise your own health and wellbeing.

Classes will be launching this summer, giving local mums the perfect opportunity to get moving, meet other mums, build confidence and enjoy some well-deserved time for themselves – all while bringing baby along too! ❤️

Over the past six weeks, I’ve been incredibly grateful for the support, patience, and kindness shown by so many of you. Thank you to everyone who has checked in, sent messages, and been understanding while I’ve taken some time away.

I’m very happy to say that Chris is now home and recovering well, and life is slowly starting to return to normal for our family.

I’ll be returning to work from 8th June on a reduced timetable while supporting Chris through his recovery and managing family life over the summer holidays.

As a result of reducing my hours, I’ve also had to make the difficult decision to leave the unit that has been home to my postnatal gym. It’s a place that has played a huge part in the growth of the business, and I’m incredibly thankful to everyone who has attended classes there over the years.

For the time being, classes will be running from St John’s Church while I work out what the next chapter looks like.

The last six weeks have certainly put things into perspective, and right now I’m simply thankful to have Chris home and on the mend.

Thank you again to everyone who has supported us during this time. I’m looking forward to seeing familiar faces and getting back to classes from 8th June. 🤍

I had the pleasure or meeting some lovely new Mums on Friday at Nuttall Park. I went down to meet on their regular park walk and add a 30 min workout at the end. We had prams, bands, walls, steps, babies, twins, toddlers, and rain 🌧️ 🤣
