Could a practice wall improve your tennis? You donโt always need a partner!
One of the themes of Launch Month is removing the barriers that stop people playing. No hitting partner? That doesn't always have to stop you. A practice wall is one of the simplest tools in tennis. You get repetition, you can work on timing and control, and the ball keeps coming back.
Billy Harris grew up believing in hours on court and making use of what was available to him. It's a mentality that helped take him from the Isle of Man to the professional game. You don't need to be chasing the pro tour. The same principle works if you're learning the basics, getting back into tennis or just trying to feel more confident with your shots.
Launch Month is the perfect excuse to start.
