You can now book in for your classes next week but be quick spaces are filling fast and you really do not want to miss out.
We had amazing feed back from our taster sessions last week.
Whether you like a quick early morning work out before work or you want a tough work out in the evening I hav me a class to suit you.

My sessions will have you pushing your limits but will leave you feeling great and getting those results.
always puts in 110% into her sessions yes she might be dying after a session but she gets the results she wants
