Ducks assemble!!🏃‍♂️ 🦆

Tomorrow (4.06.26) is our social run for ALL abilities, meeting from 17:50 for an 18:00 start so get your waddle on and meet us there 😁

📍 Clarence Lido (Jubilee Centre).

👋 Newcomers always welcomed and there's no need to book (it's free). Just turn up and grab one of our run leaders in a yellow bib/t-shirt and introduce yourself.

6️⃣ We're able to offer six quacking good groups for you to choose from (run leaders/support subject to change):-

🏃‍♂️ Jeffing Group - Ken and Sacha
For those new or returning to running. Alternating between running and walking.

🏃‍♀️ 3k social - Andrea and Damian
For those transitioning from jeffers to 5k

🏃‍♀️ 5k social - Alan, Brian and Debbie Pe
At an easy, conversational pace with plenty of regrouping opportunities.

🏃‍♂️ 7k social - Anna and Jayne
Same as above but just a bit further. Ideal for those working towards a 10k

🏃‍♀️10k social - Justin and Debbie Pr
Again socially paced as per 3k, 5k and 7k.

🏃‍♂️ 7k+ stretch group - Nick and Guy
Just stretching the pace a little with perhaps less stops.
