The Saturday morning team never disappoints in tigers well done today let's work on making sure we are wide awake and ready for class 🐯🐯

Today we have a photo of our beginners classes, which is the next step up from Tigers

A special shout out to George who has done his first beginners class getting ready for moving up from
the tiger tot

It can be scary doing a class with lots of grownups in, as a 6 year old. But George, as well as one or two others, have gone in there with their full confidence and made us super proud 😊

🏠REAL PROGRESS IS MADE OUTSIDE OF THE DOJANG 🏠

Our students spend just 1 out of 24 hours of their day with us.

That means the other 23 hours are where the real progress happens.

Training in the dojang teaches students the skills — but what they do when nobody is watching is what truly builds their character.

💪 Work hard at school
📚 Complete your homework
🛏️ Get enough sleep
🥗 Make good choices with food
🤝 Show respect to your family and friends
🧹 Take responsibility for your own things
⏰ Be punctual and organised
🔥 Keep your promises and commitments

These small habits might not seem like martial arts, but they are.

A black belt isn’t just someone who can kick and punch well. It’s someone who has developed the discipline to do the right things consistently — even when their instructor isn’t there to remind them.

Train hard in the dojang. Build great habits outside of it. 🥋

🏆STUDENT OF THE MONTH🏆

A HUGE congratulations to Avy who has received the Tiger Tots Student of the Month award for all his hard efforts in class !🙌

It was a “no-brainer” to give Avy this award, because he is a great example of what we expect from the Tigers. He always says “Yes Sir !“ or “Yes Ma’am !”, whenever told to do something. He walks in every week with a massive smile on his face, excellent manners, which brings an amazing positive energy to the dojang🌟

Well done Avy, and good luck for your next chapter in life ! 🔥

We worked on using our respect by bowing and making a promise that we would take care of our helpers, showing our self control and discipline.
