☀️THE HEATWAVE IS COMING!☀️
Classes will remain outside aslong as there’s no rain. In Bury we aren’t quite used to the sun or higher temps so here’s a few top tips:
Make sure you bring:
💦 Water (more than you think you need!)
🧢 Hat/cap
🧴 Sun cream if you burn easily!
🧘 Mat/towel
👟 Light workout gear : get your shorts on!!
We’ll adjust intensity where needed, add extra water breaks, and keep everyone moving safely 👌🏻
Please arrive hydrated and ready to sweat 😅
