If you come to classes at FWL, you’ll know Dave! The handyman, the ultimate groaner, the class entertainer… quite simply, an FWL class just isn’t the same without him! 😂

FWL family will always be there to support you 💖🥰

This voucher was gifted to us by our amazing FWL members after a really rough few weeks of heartbreak at the start of 2026.

If I’m honest, it was hard not to overthink why this voucher was bought for us, but instead I’ve chosen to be forever grateful for the FWL family I have around me ❤️

For many moments this year, I’ve felt incredibly low, and I’ve found many days of teaching a real challenge. But I can honestly say that the people around me, hour to hour and week to week, keep me going.

You make me smile, you make me laugh, and you constantly remind me why I love what I do for a job. 🥰

Thank you for always being there, for your kindness and support, and for treating us today. It means more than you probably realise.

If you know me, you know I LOVE summer ☀️ but I have to admit, getting back into routine today for 1st September felt pretty good!

It was so good having you all back with me in the home gym, along with busy classes to kick off September at the school 💪🏼 Woooopppp!!

From 100kg deadlifts, to mum & daughter sessions, to sunset circuits at the school… what a way to start the month!

Amazing to have you all back, ready to take on the rest of September together. Let’s make it a good one! 🔥💪🏼
