Small groups, lovely atmosphere, and a space your clients will love. I've been practicing yoga all my life, starting as a small child in the living room with my family, learning the poses from our monthly yoga magazine. Yoga has come in and out of my life in many different forms (Ashtanga, Bikram/hot yoga, Yin and of course Hatha) and I've always loved it. I love it so much that I'd like to share this passion with others and so I'm currently in training to be a yoga teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga. It's a 500hr course in total over 3years. I had my first assessment early 2023 and passed with flying colours so I'm now teaching as a British Wheel of Yoga Student Teacher.
