We're hiring - CLIP & CLIMB INSTRUCTORS

Based at our brand new centre at the Radcliffe Hub we are looking to recruit 8-10 candidates to work as Clip and climb instructors.

What we’re looking for:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about climbing, who want to become Clip and Climb arena Instructor who brings expertise, empathy and energy to every session someone who genuinely believes in the transformative power of learning to climb.

Ideally with:

🟢Relevant knowledge about Climbing & Safe release
🟢Who is engaging and a good communicator
🟢Evidence of continued CPD demonstrating a commitment to staying current and developing your practice
🟢Excellent customer care skills and a natural ability to connect with and inspire climbers

PICKLEBALL!😊🏓

Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Players use a hard backed paddle (quite to a table tennis paddle), to hit a plastic holed ball.

Castle Leisure Centre has 2 pickleball courts, each can be booked out for a 45 minute period.

Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday

First session: 12.30pm to 1.15pm
Second session: 1.15pm to 2.00pm
Third session: 2.00pm to 2.45pm
Last session: 2.45pm to 3.30pm

Duty Officer (2 roles available)

We are looking to recruit dynamic, dedicated, professional candidates to work as Duty Officers across our leisure centres.

🟢Full time
🟢Permanent contract
🟢Salary: £35,412 - £38,220

You must have:
➡️Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in a customer-facing environment
➡️Excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with and inspire people

You must hold:
➡️National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or commitment to gain within 3 months of appointment
➡️Valid First Aid at Work qualification or commitment to gain within 3 months of appointment
➡️Valid Pool Plant Operator's qualification or commitment to gain within 3 months of appointment
➡️Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and its day-to-day practical application
