New classes starting in Ainsowrth, Bolton every Monday night. Self defense classes for children, women and men. Taekwondo is a martial art taught in a fun way whist maintaining the strict syllabus. Training is fun for kids yet hard for adults. Expect areas of your body to ache through muscle development and enjoy a better body through training your body for aggressive powerful techniques. This Monday is last day training before Grand Master Paul visits for Grading / Seminar. Please attend this lesson if you intend to grade.
