Today involved many things including
amazing to
mundane to
annoying to
fabulous to
boring to
frustrating to
funny to
some hot flushes (IYKYK)
back to truly glorious to
wtf to
A bit of sad
to calm
All moments humming along together.

It all co- exists and how we manage our fuel from emotions to physical to mental and spiritual through it all is one I’m now good at doing.

Ps I love what I do truly. I’m also a realist!
