Hi! I'm Alex, Sensei at Red Rose Karate and President of the Lancaster University Karate Society. I have been training karate for 16 years and achieved my black belt 10 years ago, since that time I have competed in a variety of competitons from smaller, interclub competitions to national events in both kata and kumite.
Now, I teach shukokai karate to all ages and abilites, every Wednesday 4:45-6:45 in St Mary's Church in Hawkshaw.
