GRADING AT HATTERSLEY TODAY.
Price of exam £30.
Anyone not grading today, it will be just a normal class.
FIGHTERS, start making the effort to get to HATTERSLEY for the sparring on Sunday.
My patience is wearing thin with some of you and if you don’t start putting the work in you’ll be off the squad.

One of the toughest sessions of this years worlds training.
These sessions are made for one thing,to mentally break you down so I can build you back up to the world champion fighter I need.
This is the only reason fighters stop being fighters(THE HARD WORK 😓).
