An interesting viewpoint on colour visibility and its place in safety for swimmers in relation to their swimwear colour choices. Mostly common sense and most open water swimmers wear something bright at least.

We ensure all our guided swim participants are equipped with a bright orange tow float for this very reason.

We’ve had a fantastic weekend of open water swim guiding for a yoga retreat group, and what better way to celebrate than by booking yourself onto a retreat to have a relaxing time at the beach, combined with a refreshing skin tingling swim. Wetsuits and tow floats provided as standard.

Rhoscolyn Arches, Caves and Zawns guided swim this week with Chloe and Miranda - an excellent pair of swimmers guided to some places that can only be seen when you’re in the big blue.
Such an honour to be able to explore and show other swimmers the secrets of our coastline.
