Please note that from Wednesday 10th June, our Yoga sessions will be moving to a new location:

These arrangements will remain in place until the end of June.

Using trauma-informed, somatic principles, I provide a safe space to release stored emotional stress and chronic tension.
With over 20 years experience in somatic movement and over 30 in yoga, I bring all that I've learnt to every class which is thoughtfully created to combine movement, breath and awareness and is totally different each week. This unique blend is specifically designed to help you reconnect with your body, offering essential support for stress relief and help you build resilience throughout your life.
Absolutely no experience necessary.
