He’s come a long way over the past year working with myself. He’s listened to everything I’ve had to say and brought his own ideas onboard which I can’t take away from him. This allowed us to work together in a very unique way.

I painted the picture and he simply filled in the gaps, overcoming bad habits and bad training techniques, adapting his work around his training.

Having a labour intensive job and an old chronic injury meant he wasn’t able to successfully take part in boxing or training without having pain.

Once we changed the training intensity around work and stayed on track with food we saw a massive change to physique, fitness and pain.

Round 5 shown to be a hard venue.

Managed to come away with 1st place, definitely some of the worst conditions I’ve faced.

Well done to the rest of the team getting on there class podiums.

TRACK EVERYTHING 👆

When it comes to weight loss it’s easy to miss the small things.

The most important thing when losing weight is to be in a calorie deficit.

People often miss tracking the small things that they don’t think will count much towards there calorie intake.

these often are small things that we cook with or the little surgery treats we will snack on thinking they won’t count much towards our calorie goal for the day.

They simply add on more calories taking you away from a calorie deficit reducing your chances of weight loss.

Now vs Start or December, set myself a goal to get in the best shape of my life. Managing to stay consistent with all my non-negotiables…

- Train 5 Times a week
- 15k steps every day
- 2L of water
- Hit my protein Target
- Have Fun

I’m still keeping a balanced diet, eating out and enjoying a drink here and there. I just know if I tick off the above 👆 every week I know I’ve earned it.

Nice Session Today Down at Body Tech. Lower body with a cheeky shoulder press, if you’ve ever trained with me in person you know I can’t sit still. Always end up on some other machine trying to get another pump 🤣

Rest Day tomorrow then back on it Friday!
