Good Morning Louise,

I'm not sure if you'll remember me but I did a first aid course with yourself in November last year as part of the RSPCAs water rescue team.

I just wanted to reach out and personally thank you. Last night a friend had a cardiac event, I was able to administer CPR and luckily had a defib very close to me which I was able to use too. He's alive and currently in hospital.

I can't put into words how grateful I am for your training. I've done first aid courses before but your course and the way you delivered it really gave me the confidence and the ability to put it into use and save this man's life.
