Here at Snowdonia Peaks and Valleys first aid training, Lou is making an amazing recovery on from crashing her motorbike a week last Friday

We had to do a bit of jiggling around with clients that had booked a REC first aid course at the beginning of August, but we are all ready to run the next REC outdoor first course 22/23 August in Llanberis, only a few spaces left now on this one, thank you to everyone for your understanding.
