A great weekend to be back behind the wheel after some time away definitely had a few cobwebs to blow off!
Race 1 was absolute chaos. I jumped in the car in P20 and managed to fight my way through the field to finish P8, which was a really satisfying recovery.

The 100-minute race was a hot one. Bertie put in a fantastic opening stint, handing the car over in a great position. After the pit stops, I came out in P2 with around 40 minutes to go. Unfortunately, P3 was closing quickly on a fresh set of tyres, and despite doing everything I could to hold them off, the pace advantage of the new rubber was too much. We brought the car home in P3.
Overall, we showed really strong pace all weekend, especially on older tyres, so there’s plenty to be positive about.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to support, everyone watching from home, and all of my sponsors and partners who make weekends like this possible.

If many of you have followed my journey, you’ll know that back in early 2014 I made a bet with my dad. I told him that if I managed to get a podium finish and fastest lap, we could get a pug. At the time, we were nowhere near achieving either, and I’m pretty sure Bob was a fair few pints down when he agreed. But by the grace of God, a last-lap crash ahead of me meant I crossed the line in 3rd place with the fastest lap.

A few weeks later, we welcomed Kimi into the family, a pug named after Kimi Räikkönen. Twelve years later, we’ve had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him rest peacefully.

In those 12 years, from that very first podium (and a dog) to becoming a multiple race winner, Vice British Karting Champion, Karting World Finalist, MX-5 Champion and GT Cup Champion, Kimi has been there through it all. It’s incredible to look back and see how much life can change and how far a journey can take you. Through every high and low, Kimi was always part of the story.

Rest easy, Kimi. May you sleep peacefully and forever sit within every trophy I win. ♥️🐶

I know you were all expecting a RACE WEEK post… but unfortunately that’s not the case this time.

Due to a lack of funding, I haven’t been able to secure a drive for this season something I’m genuinely gutted about. That said, I truly believe everything happens for a reason, and this definitely isn’t the end. The boots aren’t hung up just yet. If an opportunity comes up this year, I’ll be straight back out on track and bringing you all along for the ride again.

Massive thank you to everyone who has supported and believed in me I wouldn’t have come this far without you.

In the meantime, I'll be on a golf course and I’ll be putting in serious hours on the sim, refining every detail. I’ve also got something exciting that ties into that… so keep your eyes peeled
