Hope you are all well ! Just to let you know that the Beacon Pilates information will be updated in the next few days with the Autumn timetable,so please go and check it out.
I have made the decision to keep classes on Zoom for the foreseeable future ,new 1:1 clients can be seen face to face (Covid 19 safety regulations will apply).

Hi everyone , hope you are all well ! Firstly may I take this opportunity to thank all of you that are participating in the online classes and online 1:1 sessions , you are all amazing. For those of you who have not been able to attend the daytime session I have good news for you. From next Wednesday (15thJuly) there will be a 5.45pm evening class ,to register your interest please contact me for further information.

Classes start again next Monday morning ,if you would like to participate in the on line classes all you need to do is download the Google app. hangouts.
The timetable will be slightly different to what we are used to but I shall update you about that

I do hope you participate in the sessions ,not just for the exercise but also for our usual banter which at the moment is really important for our sanity.
I am relaxing and recharging tomorrow ,but look forward to seeing you Monday 11.30am for an hour of Pilates rather than our normal one and a half.

Difficult time for us all, but as long as we all keep healthy and keep our love and friendship for each other ,we just need to think positively about working and living
in a slightly different way for a while
