FAW Statement: Storm Darragh - FAW Following Met Office advice, the FAW can confirm that all football matches in Wales scheduled for Saturday 7 December have been postponed.

Weekend 1 Recap: Chairman's Update

As Chairman of the newly established league, I’m pleased to report that the majority of fixtures over the weekend were successfully completed with minimal issues.

33 fixtures scheduled
1 postponed due to injury
2 non-fulfilled
2 clubs charged with non-fulfilment

I would like to extend my best wishes to the player who sustained a serious injury during the postponed match.

To all club secretaries, I understand the transition to a new league structure can be challenging. Rest assured, this is a step towards a more organized league that will ultimately benefit everyone, especially the kids, by providing more opportunities to play football.

In the next two weeks, I will host an online group chat with all club secretaries. Please remember that all communication should now be directed through club secretaries, and not coaches directly. I kindly ask for your cooperation in implementing this change immediately, as it will help reduce the workload for our league officers.

Deadline of 5pm Thursday 1st August for clubs to pay the team Bond (£100) and enter your teams.

Please dont put us in a position to turn you down.

The rules of the management committee are there for everyone so please if you havent done so already get your teams registered and bond payment made.

There will be no exception to the rule...

All Clubs need to send there bond payments (£100) to the league and make there applications for each team on FAW comet before 5pm on 1st August.

Applications after this deadline will not be accepted.
