🧗‍♀️ Self Rescue & Problem Solving for Climbers

Last weekend, Trevor and I headed out to Clogwyn Yr Cyrau to put some Self-Rescue Skills and Problem-solving scenarios into practice. We then spent a day at Tryfan Bach, where Helen joined us for some more rescuing fun!

We looked at different hoisting systems, ways to escape the system, and how to adapt our solutions to different scenarios. There was a LOT to take in, but plenty of hands-on practice to help make those skills feel more intuitive when you need them.
