We have selected availability from 3 months through to preschool age, with particularly good availability in some of our Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday daytime classes.
But here's the important bit…
Some sessions are already completely FULL.
Others have just ONE OR TWO spaces remaining.
We deliberately keep our classes small — so when a class is full, it's full.

TEN YEARS! 🥹🦆💦

Today marks 10 whole years since Cwac Cwac’s began, and I honestly can’t quite believe I’m writing this.

What started as an idea, a love of teaching swimming and a belief that children should learn to love the water through fun, confidence and encouragement has grown into something I am unbelievably proud of.

Over the last 10 years, we have welcomed thousands of little swimmers through our doors. We’ve watched tiny babies have their very first splash, nervous children find their confidence, toddlers become independent swimmers and families come back to us with second and even third children. 💙

We’ve celebrated first swims, first jumps, first underwater adventures and so many incredible little milestones that might seem small to some, but to us mean absolutely everything.

There have been highs, lows, sleepless nights, broken pools, lockdowns, floods, tears, laughter and plenty of moments where we’ve wondered how on earth we were going to make something work 😂… but somehow, we always have.

And here we are.

10 YEARS LATER. ❤️

Still here.
Still growing.
Still learning.
Still slightly crazy.
And more excited about the future than we have ever been.

I am incredibly proud of what Cwac Cwac’s has become, but none of it would exist without the amazing people who have been part of the journey.

To every teacher and member of our team, past and present — thank you.

And most importantly, to every single family who has trusted us with their children over the last decade — THANK YOU. ❤️

You’ve recommended us to friends, brought siblings back, supported us through difficult times and allowed us to be part of some incredibly special memories.

Some of the babies we taught when we first opened are practically teenagers now… which is slightly terrifying! 😂😭

Cwac Cwac’s has never just been about teaching children to swim.

And it’s about giving children a relationship with the water that we hope stays with them for life. 🦆💦

Some of our bigger Cwac Cwac’s are heading off to school for their next big adventure 🎒, some little ones are moving up through our classes, and some of our lovely mums are heading back to work after maternity leave.

That means we’ve had a few spaces open up across our classes — and from tomorrow, they’re available to book! 💙

Our lessons are all about building water confidence through fun, play and learning at your child’s own pace. No pressure, no forced submersions — just happy little swimmers enjoying the water with you. 🦆💦

💛 TODAY FEELS LIKE A VERY SPECIAL DAY FOR CWAC CWACS 💛

Sometimes, when you're busy running a business, you don't stop often enough to look back and realise just how far you've come.

Today is one of those days for me.

This morning, my youngest daughter started working at Cwac Cwacs, helping us front of house and looking after the place that has become such a huge part of our family's life.

And seeing her there filled me with an enormous amount of pride. 🥹💛

Because Cwac Cwacs really is a family business.

Over the years, my mum has helped. My sister helped start and shape CWAC CWAC's to what it is today. My wonderful partner. My niece and nephew have been part of the journey. And now, incredibly, both of my daughters work alongside me too.

But when I say family business, I don't just mean the people who share my surname.

I also mean the amazing teachers and team members who have stood alongside us over the years.

The people who have believed in what we're trying to create. Who have cared for our swimmers and their families as if they were their own. Who have supported me and my family through the ups, the downs, the challenges and the celebrations.

Some have been with us for different chapters of the journey, and some are still right here beside us today.

You are part of the Cwac Cwacs family too, and I will never forget the part you've played in our story. 💛

Because none of this was built by one person, or even by one family.

It was built by people.

On the 1st of September, 10 years ago, we started our journey.

Cwac Cwacs began with an idea, a huge amount of passion and a determination to do things differently.

We've had some incredible highs since then.

We've also faced challenges that have tested us more than most people will ever know.

But we kept going.

We kept growing.

We kept believing.

And through it all, our family grew too — not just the family I was born into, but the Cwac Cwacs family we built around us.

This September, Cwac Cwacs turns 10 years old. 🎂

And today, we're incredibly proud to be the largest parent & child swimming school in Caerphilly County Borough, welcoming hundreds of parents, babies and children through our doors every single week.

That's something I sometimes have to pinch myself about.

But here's the bit that matters to me most...

No matter how much we grow, I never want Cwac Cwacs to lose its heart.

We're not a big, faceless swimming company.

We're a local family business.

You'll see us behind reception. You'll see us teaching, cleaning, chatting to parents, fixing things, singing nursery rhymes, encouraging nervous little swimmers, celebrating their breakthroughs and doing whatever needs to be done.

And alongside my own family is a brilliant team of people who care just as deeply about what happens within these walls.

So seeing my youngest daughter walk through those doors today as part of the team felt like another little chapter in a story that I'm unbelievably proud of.

Ten years.

Three generations of my family involved along the way.

An incredible team who've become part of our extended family.

Thousands of little swimming journeys.

Plenty of bumps in the road.

Some enormous challenges.

A ridiculous number of nursery rhymes. 😂🦆

And we're still here.

Still growing.
Still dreaming.
Still doing things our way.
Still a family.

To my family, my team, every teacher who's been part of our journey, and every family who has trusted us with their little ones over the last decade...

And as we head towards our 10th birthday, I can't help feeling incredibly proud of how far we've come...

We are now **closing bookings for the current block** and won't be accepting any further new customers.

Our next block begins **mid-September**, with the new term dates and available spaces being announced in September.

But first, we have a BIG job to do…

We need time to work through and offer rebooking to our **520+ Parent & Child customers** before we know exactly which spaces can be released.

So please be patient with us — **there are a lot of you!** 😂💛

Demand became so high that at one point we had **hundreds of families waiting for spaces.**

Because of this, **we no longer operate waiting lists.**

Instead, after our existing customers have had the opportunity to rebook, any remaining spaces will be released publicly on a strictly:

Before we jump back into the pool tomorrow, please remember:

🩲 **SWIM NAPPIES**
Children who aren't fully potty trained require our **double-nappy system** — a disposable/reusable swim nappy underneath AND a correctly fitting neoprene/Happy Nappy over the top.

🔄 **CAN'T ATTEND?**
Cancel through the booking system where applicable to receive your **catch-up token**. Catch-ups are subject to availability. Tokens **cannot be carried forward or used as payment/credit towards future lessons or blocks.**

🥜 **FOOD & ALLERGIES – IMPORTANT**
We now have customers attending with serious food allergies. To help us keep everyone safe, **please don't feed children anywhere on the premises.** If your little one needs something after swimming, please wait until you have left the building.

🤒 **FEELING UNWELL?**
Please don't attend if your child is unwell. Following sickness or diarrhoea, children should remain away for at least **48 hours after symptoms have stopped.**

👨‍👩‍👧 Remember, Cwac Cwac’s classes are **Parent & Child lessons**, so every child requires an adult in the water with them.

We have some exciting news at Cwac Cwac’s Juniors — We are launching BRAND NEW Thursday swimming lessons from September! 🥳🏊‍♀️
Our spaces are always limited and tend to get snapped up quickly, so if you've been waiting to join us, now is a great time to secure a place.

All of the spaces above are in our 2:1 lessons, giving children plenty of individual attention while enjoying the benefits of learning alongside another swimmer.

Our Thursday sessions are completely new and are only just being launched, so we currently have the rare opportunity of two spaces available in each class!
