We are back!!

Wow that was a really tough class tonight. It was so much hotter than I think we expected and it’s always hard after a couple of weeks off! It helps that it’s a fab routine though.

Our Caldecote class will be back next week!!

We will be back on Wednesday 2nd September in Caldecote with our amazing new routine we just started before the break.

Unfortunately we have a little bit longer to wait until our Papworth class is back but you can book for all classes in September and October.
