You have to have belief In BJJ, belief comes before the result.

You have to believe you can stay calm when you’re tired. Believe you can escape when you’re stuck. Believe you can keep going when everything tells you to quit.

Confidence isn’t thinking you’ll never lose.

It’s knowing that even when you do, you’ll learn, adapt, and come back stronger.

Trust the work. Trust the process. Trust yourself. 🥋
