Welcome to Cambourne Tennis Club, a vibrant and growing tennis club established in 2003 with a handful of enthusiastic players.

Over the years, we have steadily grown and are now proud to have reached 400 members. In 2016, we expanded further by adding 3 new tennis courts to our facilities, bringing our total to 5 floodlit macadam courts located behind the Everyone Active sports center off Back Lane. Our members can now enjoy playing tennis all year round in these fantastic courts.

The sun is out, so let’s do more than just play tennis — let’s get to know each other. We see you all hitting great shots every week, but we’d love to meet the people behind the rackets.

On Sunday 3rd May and Sunday 17th May, we’re inviting everyone to stay a little longer after Sunday Social. Grab a drink, have a chat, and mingle with fellow players — new faces and familiar ones.

Not playing or currently injured? Please still come along. You’re part of the club community, and we’d love to see you too.

Let’s build a club where people connect as much as they compete. Let’s make this club better, together. 🎾

“Ooooh noooooo” 🥲

That’s the sound of people having to play on courts 4 and 5 😭😭😭 (the older courts)

Well weep no more!

We’re super happy to announce that courts 4 and 5 are now set to be COMPLETELY RESURFACED!!

…and, what’s more, the work is going to start next week 😱🥳🥳🥳💃

(We’re due to find out a rough end date tomorrow, but expect work to begin on the 16th)

Any changes to the coaching schedule will be communicated directly by Toby and other pre-bookings are being considered and managed.

The resurfacing has been made possible by the Tennis Club cCommittee, the Netball Club, and the Town Council working closely together over the last 6 months.

Without everyone’s participation, this would have been much harder. So a massive shout out to everyone involved in securing this opportunity.

BRAND NEW COURTS ON 4 and 5 everyone!!!!!
