Hitting the plyometrics and circuits hard with this great couples training team again today 🙌💥Explosive, timed, movements are retraining the nervous systems, driving better neuromuscular activation and motor unit recruitment. Think better coordination, think running faster, jumping higher, reacting faster and feeling more alive! 🏃♂️

Did you know that ~ 75% of the population are chronically dehydrated…Crazy right? 🫣😳🤔
It is recommended that 2+ litres per day is required to maintain bodily stasis.
I like to start my mornings with this electrolyte elixir of goodness. It’s great for your skin also with loads of other benefits! 🏆
1) 1x pint of room temperature (body absorbs more quickly) filtered water, removing dozens of chemicals like chlorine and heavy metals like Lead, Mercury, Copper and many others.
2) 1/2 lemon juice flushes and cleans the liver and kidneys, like a natural bleach for your organs. 🧹 🧹
