In July, Fiona organised for the wonderful Flo to come to the farm for a photoshoot and we are thrilled with the results 😍
These boys came over from Italy in April 2022 and have grown into strong, level headed and very handsome gentlemen.

Earlier this year we stumbled across a Facebook post from Flo Knoyle Photography looking for two black horses for a photoshoot. The boys certainly met the criteria, so we volunteered to take part, and wow, aren’t we glad we did!
Flo, the photos are more stunning than we could ever have imagined! You, Laura and the team are all incredibly talented. Thank you for choosing our boys to take part.
We’d like to say a big thank you to VH Freelance Equestrian Services who helped us prepare the boys for the shoot and to Katherine at Steady Neddy Horsebox Hire and Transport. for the posh wheels to get us there.

Lovely to see Pastrengo having a hack with his new owner, Karen 😍
Today we waved farewell to our lovely Pastrengo who is off to pastures new (all 10 acres of it!) with his new owner, Karen.
Pastrengo has been a joy to own since we brought him over from Italy in April 2022. We’ll miss his cheeky character at the farm, but we know he’s in good hands with Karen and her other horses.
It really was love at first sight for these two and we can’t wait to see how they develop together! 😍

Today marks 1 year since the four Murgese boys arrived in Cambridgeshire - time flies!
We marked the occasion by taking lovely Parker out for his first ever day trip. Parker is a very laidback chap, but we do have to remind ourselves that they’re only 3/4 year olds (it’s easy to forget with their temperaments!)
He certainly didn’t disappoint, he loaded first time both ends of the trip, and went lovely in the arena with Fiona onboard 😍

Let’s all just take a moment to appreciate 3 year old (soon to be 4) Patroclo… 😍
At home we have a square training pen where we’ve been doing all of his groundwork and a small bit of ridden work. We wanted to get Patroclo out to a full size arena to give him a chance to really move forward in trot, and to get him back out in the trailer. The trot was so good we also had a little canter too!
This boy continues to wow us 🥰
