NEW CLASS……..coming soon. ASHTANGA YOGA 🧘‍♂️. Starts Monday 5th June @ 6pm. “Hi, my name is Luke Harden and I am a Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. I trained in India with Himalayan Yoga Valley and I feel very lucky to be apart of this long lineage of Yoga teachers. Ashtanga is very invigorating and energizing and will help centre yourself in the body. I teach a very accessible style of Ashtanga Yoga, in the form of a Vinyasa flow, with plenty of opportunity to modify and practice within your own ability. Wonderfully warm welcome at Nuffield Health this past Monday. I had a great time teaching the wonderful yogis. I look forward to deepening our practice together.
