Amazing morning teaching at David Lloyd Newbury this morning. Such a wonderful group. So happy I get to teach these Yogis Monday and Friday mornings.

Wonderfully warm welcome at Nuffield Health this past Monday. I had a great time teaching the wonderful yogis. I look forward to deepening our practice together.

I trained in India with Himalayan Yoga Valley and I feel very lucky to be apart of this long lineage of Yoga teachers. Ashtanga is very invigorating and energizing and will help centre yourself in the body. I teach a very accessible style of Ashtanga Yoga, in the form of a Vinyasa flow, with plenty of opportunity to modify and practice within your own ability.
