What an incredible end to this season’s Fastbreak League, bringing together young players from across the region for competitive, fun, and developmental basketball 🙌

After a strong group stage and exciting semi-finals, it was:

With 5 teams battling through the group stage, the final delivered a great contest:

👏 Massive credit to all players, coaches, referees and supporters who made this league such a success. The level of effort, teamwork and sportsmanship was outstanding throughout!

We witnessed some truly thrilling matchups in the Fastbreak League semi-finals on 5th April! Congratulations to all teams for the incredible performances and sportsmanship on display 👏

Semi-Final Showdowns – 22nd March 2025

With a place in the finals on the line, teams battled fiercely in their respective semi-finals.

U11 Semi-Finals

Cambridge Kestrels 57 - 10 Cambourne Falcons
The Kestrels dominated from start to finish, using fast breaks and sharp shooting to dismantle the Falcons.

Bedford Thunder 22 - 8 St Neots Eagles
Thunder’s aggressive press defense made it difficult for the Eagles to generate offense, securing their place in the final.

U14 Semi-Finals

Stortford Vikings 20 - 0 Northstowe Kites (Walkover)
A disappointing outcome for the Kites, who were unable to field a team, giving Vikings a direct path to the final.

St Neots Eagles 28 - 26 Cambourne Falcons
A heart-stopping finish! The Falcons fought hard and nearly pulled off an upset, but the Eagles held their nerve in the closing seconds to clinch a place in the final.
