In this class, we dance a mix of styles and use all kinds of music, keeping every session fresh, fun, and full of variety.
This fun, feel-good dance fitness class is an excellent cardio workout with full-body toning. It improves coordination, flexibility, and memory, while also giving your brain a workout by learning easy-to-follow routines. Most of all, itβs a real mood booster and fantastic for mental wellbeing β the perfect way to reset after a long day.
