Meet Emily 👋
At 40, Emily realised her energy levels were low and her upper body strength just wasn’t where she wanted it to be. Like so many women, she’d joined gyms before… and never gone.

Meet Maria (37) from Cambridge 💖
Maria is a returning BCA member and mum of two who’s recently made her comeback after welcoming her beautiful baby girl — and she’s come back strong, focused, and full of energy 💪✨
Like many women over 30 that make up the BCA Fitness community, Maria first joined us after having her son in 2022. She was looking for more than just workouts — she wanted a supportive, welcoming community to help her feel healthier, fitter, and stronger again.
After taking some well-earned time out for baby number two, Maria is now back training consistently and absolutely putting in the work every session. Her commitment, focus, and positive mindset have been incredible to watch 👏
