Your fitness.
When it comes exercise and fitness, people alway think you have work at 110% or 1-2 hours which is not correct. Fitness should be enjoyable and break from reality.
Find something you like, if it is a walk 🚶♂️, run🏃♀️ , cycling🚴♀️ and you are more than likely to stick to it and make it a lifelong habit.

When it comes to starting a new fitness routine or goal, the general population tend to say that intensity is key "go hard or go home attitude" but that is not always the most sensible decision.
This style of training and exercise has been printed into our minds by the media over the years and sometimes is not what you need to do.
Intensity can be very daunting and off-putting.
Try and stick to an intensity that it close to your comfort zone but just enough to push it beyond your boundaries. This will help with the stress of the exercise and enjoyment.
Start from a level you are comfortable with and it will naturally grow after time.

Love your life!
Hope everyone is looking forward to another exciting weekend!
Thank you so much to everyone who has enquired, seeked advice/Q's, booked free consultations and to those who have already signed up! Big love ❤
Just a very quick message to say "Dont stop doing the things you love and what makes you truly happy!
When it comes to knuckling down with your fitness goal(s), nutrition etc. You sometimes cancel on the things we love doing the most!
If you love going out for a weekend dinner with friends and family, do it! Try and find a way that you can incorporate it into your new lifestyle for example:
Increasing your daily activity movements (if you are going out for an evening meal, make sure you go for gentle walk/jog during the day to increase your calorie maintenance/deficit target.
By cutting out what you love in your life can have a effect of your journey such as demotivated (stricting), rebounding back to old ways/lifestyle etc.
Happy Lifestyle = Happy transformation = Happy Danny :)
Any help/Q's, you know where to find me!
❤
P.s exciting news incoming 😉

Hope everyone is having a great, chilled out sunday! Spend the time doing what you love most!
While relaxing today, try and stay active during the day by doing little activities, doing small activities throughout the day can greatly improve your health and achieve your goals. Ideas such as:
stretching tight muscles/joints while watching tv
Chucking some music on and going for a relaxing walk
Taking the kids (or yourself!) to the local park
Drinking enough water throughout the day to stay hydrated and reduce cravings
Consume fruit/veg as a snack instead of sweets or sugars to hit any sugar cravings
Have a great weekend (what is left of it 😂)

Listen to your second brain - Your Stomach💥
Just a quick summary as I could ramble on forever about this topic 😂
Just like the brain, the stomach is full of neural tissues known as micro transmitters. The stomach does not work like the brain when it comes to decision making or thoughts, but does with emotions and mental state for example nervousness (stress for the brain and butterflies for the stomach).
When it comes to food intake, the second brain plays a big part to the intake of calories, the stomach and brain are always in contact through neurotransmitters to tell the body when it is hungry and full.
